If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days from the date of purchase, . The item MUST be in its original condition, unused/undamaged and in its original packaging. All Sale and special orders ie: personalised items, are final; no refunds, exchanges or credits available. Items returned are at buyers cost and exchanged items will incur an extra delivery charge.
